12DailyPro Refunds Update

Written on April 9, 2007 – 9:09 pm | by Marcelo |

I sent an e-mail out to T.Lennon Inc. for an update on the status of 12DailyPro refunds to investors. He estimates investors should be having their claims filled by the second half of 2007 or first half of 2008.

Here’s a copy of his reply:

We have been waiting for the end of the credit card charge back period and the receipt of information from the credit card companies regarding charge backs and remaining reserves. After we receive that information we expect to file an application asking the Court for permission to do a claims processing. Once we receive permission we will advise all of the investors how and when to file a claim. Any distributions that are to be made as a result of the claims processing and the reporting of the Receiver’s recommendations to the Court will occur after the claims processing is complete for all investor’s claims. In all likelihood, the earliest date for a distribution will be in the second half of 2007 or the first half of 2008. It is likely that when distributions are approved they will be approved for a pro-rated share of each investor’s net approved claim.

Let’s hope all goes well and we get our money back in a timely fashion! If you’ve been out of the loop with 12DP updates, click here for more.

And for the time being, make some money with programs I recommend.

Wow..I thought the money has been buried and will have no chance to get it back. Thanks for the great news, but that’s a pretty good lesson to me too. I’ve stay myself away from all autosurf programs as I found affiliate marketing more profitable and legitimate :)

It is good to hear that 12DailyPro is refunding the money to the investors. I seldom see a program that will refund.

    “12DailyPro Refunds Update”
It was never intended for the rightful owners of this money to ever receive any refund.

So who is ripping us off now? All the information necessary was on the hard drives of Stormpay and 12Daily Pro. Any junior computer operator could have cleared this up by now. Don’t you understand there will be no refunds back to the people, simply because when everything is said and done there will be nothing to refund with. This job should have cleared up in less than a year.

    Annie -

This process is being moderated by the federal government of the United States. I highly doubt they would allow this firm to absorb all the funds through fees and commissions without distributing a penny.

I do agree, however, that their fees are substantial and that the work is not being done at a efficient pace. Apparently the credit card chargebacks caused a myriad of problems, and that is why the SEC had banned chargebacks when 12DP first went under the fed’s control.

I’m hoping for the best, but all in all, only time will tell.

Thanks for commenting and visiting my blog!
