Seeing that the Receiver cannot really say for sure where the money is could very well be foreshadowing further problems. However, I think that the Receiver will do as much as possible to make sure most of us get our fair share. At least the Receiver, a court-appointed individual, is in charge of the refunds...instead of Charis just running off with all the money (most programs end that way). If you e-mail the receiver, you get a regurgitated statement that basically says nothing except we're working on it. One obvious question that hasn't been addressed is, does Stormpay have the millions of dollars of 12Dailypros members money? If not, where is it? If the SEC's investigation hasn't come up with this money, why isn't there any crimminal investigation and charges made against Stormpay. Here is the last reply from the SEC to my e-mail request. QUESTION-"Is the money that Stormpay supposedly froze (apparently millions, as in 50 million), even accounted for? ANSWER-"Not yet but we are working on it."
