AlienTrust Verification Slowed, Tax Forms
AlienTrust posted two items of bad news regarding their verification process. First of all, their fax machine failed to print any faxes from 11am to 6 pm on Tuesday, so please resend your documents if you are still not verified. Secondly, e-mail verification has been cancelled due to 15-minute processing time per verification – time that AT can’t spare.
And yesterday, AlienTrust posted a clarification on its policy of requiring user’s to submit a tax form. The tax forms are solely for AlienTrust’s use at the end of the year to process their IRS tax forms – they will not be witholding any cashouts requests because of this.
