David Carter, a British entrepreneur, has started a new business model for people looking to make big bucks online. He formulated a process of establishing a website about a topic (in his case asbestos) to create a customer base, and then referring the large number of customers to independent associates. However, Carter found the demand so great that he became a certified asbestos surveyor himself!

By testing the waters before he even had a product or service to sell, Carter saved himself time and money. He noticed that his topic invoked much interest in homeowners, and he now reaps the benefits.
