We were formerly called Barry leeds and Associates. There is no charge to you for registering. We pay you to do mystery shops for us. To be eligible for signing up for any available shops, you MUST fill out the online W-9 form. We are no longer requiring shoppers to mail in this form. This will help speed up the payment process, and help us pay you quicker. Click on the "Show Me Forms I Can Enter Directly" link located in the same shaded box at the top right of the page. Then click on "W-9 Collection Form " to get to the form. If we post the jobs as "public", you will be able to apply for those shops. You’ll do that by logging into your home page and checking, from time to time, for these publicly listed shops. In most other cases, if a mystery shop job is available in your area, we will contact you via email to alert you to upcoming assignments.
